We want you to be happy with your order. Here’s how returns work—and please contact us before sending anything back.

Unopened Merchandise

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused merchandise that is not otherwise identified as Final Sale. This generally includes accessories such as binders, sleeves, deck boxes, playmats, storage products, tabletop and RPG accessories, video games, comics, and similar items.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, please contact us first so we can provide return instructions and confirm eligibility.

Final Sale – Trading Card Products

Due to the collectible and market-sensitive nature of trading card products, all trading card products are final sale. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Booster boxes
• Booster packs
• Elite Trainer Boxes (ETBs)
• Deck Build Boxes
• Commander decks
• Starter decks
• Individual trading cards (singles)

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for these products unless:

• You received the incorrect item.
• The item arrived damaged during shipping.
• The item materially differs from its description.

Manufacturer Quality

Atlantic TCG cannot guarantee factory print quality, centering, pull rates, pack contents, or other manufacturing characteristics. Manufacturer defects such as print lines, factory edge wear, packaging imperfections, or other production-related issues are outside Atlantic TCG’s control and are not grounds for return.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact Atlantic TCG within 3 days of delivery and include photos of:

• The shipping box
• The shipping label
• The packing materials
• The damaged item(s)

Please retain all packaging until the carrier claim has been completed.

Contact Us First

Please contact Atlantic TCG before returning any item. Reaching out first allows us to confirm eligibility, provide return instructions, and resolve issues as quickly as possible.

Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the sender.

Refunds

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of an Atlantic TCG fulfillment error.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item to confirm its condition before processing your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
